Masterclass: Video Class with Domestika In The Works!

DH was recently invited to a week-long filming session to do a masterclass on architectural drawing with a great publisher, Domestika. The set the crew built around my work was a hit. More impressive was the scriptwriter, who summarized my activity in just a few short paragraphs (5-minute reading on my end). Part of the filming was done in the street – The Flatiron District and Chelsea area in Manhattan, so the class will discuss my approach to urban architectural drawing based on local street settings.

The class will be titled “Draw Like An Architect: Urban Architectural Sketching with Ink”. This will be a 3-hour class/discussion of the why and the how of architectural drawing, and will be translated into eight languages for the international audience, to be released at the end of 2022.
